Our kitchen is fully staffed from 6:00am to 6:00pm with after-hours support from other Canterbury team members allowing access to dietary services 24-hours a day. The Dietary Team prepares three full meals each day. Breakfast is served at 8:00am, lunch at 12pm and supper at 5:00pm. Menus are made in advance and posted for review. If a resident does not like an option, they can request an alternate meal. Please let us know at least 30mins in advance of the meal if they would like an alternate.
